Slow sourdough and warm pastéis de nata, in Alfama.
A small bakery and café on Rua da Graça. Breakfast from 8am, or take a loaf home.
Sourdough, shaped by hand
Our loaves rise slowly on a natural starter, so the crust comes out crisp and the crumb stays open and soft. Ask for the country loaf, the rye, or whatever came out of the oven last.
- Country sourdough, slow fermented
- Rye with seeds
- Olive and rosemary focaccia

Pastéis de nata, the Lisbon way
Flaky pastry, a silky custard with a blistered top, and a dusting of cinnamon if you like it. Eat one at the counter with a galão, or wrap a few to take with you.
- Pastel de nata, dusted with cinnamon
- Galão and espresso
- Seasonal tarts and cakes
Come in from 8am
Stop by for a coffee and a warm tart before you walk up the hill, or take a loaf home for dinner.
